hello!!!
Today first day of school to all the sec2s in NVSS
coz last week have camp muahahaha
school as usual ofcuz trying to get use to the new timetable that have been distribed out on thurs
after school, went to compass point with wanyi, fiona and verine. have lunch together. FIRST TIME together hehe...well after getting back today result i think i should buck up more ALOT MORE...i try to write out my feelings here i jus cant...i cant think of WORDS to subsituite my feeling. Anyways tmr going to school myself. tiring...i tink i am not use to it bah yawnn...M.C. for one whole week. NO PE damn it...gotta go byes goodnitez sweet dreamz >.<

ellos, jus came back from bintan yesterday. it was very tiring. yesterday i climb the mountain of 900meters of bintan. thanks to sherman and other guys i can make it to the summit and come down. THANKS ALL. althougth it was tiring but very fun. my teacher say i muz climb as singapore have no mountain and it is the highlights of the camp. I didn't have a chance to climb the high elements. sad case. now my whole hands and legs are pain like hell. haissh. and back too. ohya i have sore throat too. when I came back to school yesterday night, i haf a surprise. i should not say it, if not later got another poblem come out like yesterday and i haven solve it. i dun wan more problem liao. why does the person always like this? i hate it. i dun even know what is wrong than that person say i should know it. can you stop playing games? i hate playing this type of games with you. cant we jus be normal friends? and this i my life, i deserve and have every rights to know about it.

For cookie filling :


To assemble the cookie sandwiches,

place about 1 teaspoon of cream cheese & peanut butter respectively on a cookie.

Top with another cookie and press together .

To make the Chocolate Cookies,


in a large bowl cream butter and
sugar , eggs until light in color and fluffy.


In another medium bowl stir together the flour , cocoa powder, baking powder .


Add the dry ingredients to the butter mixture and stir to combine using spoon.

Place the dough on a sheet of plastic wrap.


Press the dough into a 1-inch high round.

Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes and up to 1 day.

Roll out the dough to between 1/8 and 1/4-inch thick.


Use a 1 3/4-inch round cookie cutter to cut out the dough.


Bake on a heavy baking sheet for 15 minutes at about preheated 350 degree F oven .


Place the baking sheets on a wire rack to cool cookies.
